Welcome to the home page of the Indian Waters Council’s Merit Badge University.

MBU is a one-day program that gives scouts the opportunity to earn a Merit Badge in a college environment.

Indian Waters Council’s MBU is offered annually in the spring and currently has over 800 scouts and scouters attending.
